Return & Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, items are generally non-returnable. Exceptions apply only under specific conditions.

Valid Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product received is different from the order placed
• The product is damaged during transit

A valid unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory for any claim.

Claim Duration

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product along with valid proof. Email us on: nutripeginfo@gmail.com.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds are not applicable. Replacement is the preferred resolution. In extreme cases, reimbursement may be processed via credits or online transfer after successfully receiving the returned product. Replacement for invalid address related orders additional delivery charges would be applicable hence conform your delivery address before making payments for the order. Cancellation Policy
